Material Testing Specialist (m/w/d)
Work Location: Eberswalde

Your Responsibilities:
Conducting destructive testing of materials and components:
Metallographic analysis (macro- and microstructure, non-metallic inclusions), corrosion testing
Spectral analysis (atomic emission, X-ray fluorescence methods)
Mechanical testing (tensile strength, impact toughness, hardness)
Preparation of samples for testing
Recording and initial processing of results (maintaining test logs; preparing test reports)
Your Profile:
Education – vocational secondary or higher technical education
Required knowledge: fundamentals of destructive testing methods, requirements of testing standards
At least 3 years of laboratory experience is required
Personal qualities: attention to detail and accuracy, responsibility, reliability and diligence
