HR Administration (m/f/d)
Location: Eberswalde

Your Responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly payroll and review/correction of draft payrolls
First point of contact for all payroll, tax, and social security matters
Correspondence and communication with health insurance companies, social security institutions, and authorities
Preparation of employment contracts and reference letters
Monitoring of contract expirations and residence permits
Maintenance and correction of time tracking records
Updating and maintaining employee master data
Participation in HR-related projects
Your Profile:
Completed commercial training
Experience in payroll accounting required
Proficient in MS Office; experience with Personio is a plus
Fluent in written and spoken German
Good English skills (written and spoken)
