Maintenance Technician (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:
Ensuring the technical availability and efficiency of our production facilities
Planning, controlling, and continuously optimizing maintenance and servicing activities
Establishing and further developing an effective preventive maintenance system
Analyzing malfunctions and initiating sustainable improvement measures
Responsibility for spare parts management from both technical and economic perspectives
Leading, motivating, and developing the maintenance team
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations in the areas of occupational safety, environmental protection, and statutory inspections
Close collaboration with production and other departments
Your Profile:
Completed technical training (e.g., mechatronics technician, electrician, or industrial mechanic), ideally with further qualification as a technician or master craftsman
Several years of professional and leadership experience in maintenance within a production company
Solid knowledge of preventive maintenance, repair processes, and equipment management
Experience in planning, controlling, and documenting maintenance processes
Good knowledge of spare parts management
Confident use of relevant IT systems (e.g., CMMS)
Knowledge of occupational safety and statutory inspection requirements
Strong analytical thinking, structured working style, and high problem-solving skills
High sense of responsibility and commitment to safety and environmental protection
Flexibility and willingness to work overtime when required
Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and team orientation
