HR Business Partner

Your Responsibilities:
Advising and supporting managers on all HR-related matters (labor law, performance management, disciplinary issues, employee relations)
Participating in workforce planning together with department managers
Responsible for the full recruitment process (from job posting to employee onboarding)
Preparing and publishing job advertisements, cooperating with recruitment agencies and external partners
Implementing and developing employee performance management processes
Supporting managers in conducting difficult conversations with employees
Analyzing HR data and preparing reports for company management
Supporting internal and external audits
Ensuring compliance with labor law and internal HR procedures
Developing and implementing employee retention programs
Participating in organizational development projects, change initiatives, and corporate culture development
Conducting employee engagement surveys and analyzing the results
Your Profile:
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role
Good knowledge of labor law
Experience in recruitment and employee performance management
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
Excellent communication and advisory skills
Structured and results-oriented mindset
Fluent German and a good level of English
