HR Administration (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly payroll and review/correction of trial payroll runs
First point of contact for all payroll-related matters, including tax and social security law
Correspondence and communication with health insurance funds, social security institutions, offices, and public authorities
Preparation of all contractual documents (employment contracts, references, addenda, etc.)
Monitoring of fixed-term contracts and residence permits
Occupational health management
Maintenance and correction of time-tracking records
Maintenance and updating of employee master data
Participation in and support of HR-related projects
Your Profile:
Completed commercial training
Experience in payroll accounting required
Proficient in MS Office; experience with Personio is a plus
Fluent in written and spoken German
Good English skills (written and spoken)
